The Montpelier Baptist Church of Montpelier, Louisiana is a body of baptized believers in Jesus Christ whose mission is to serve God through worship, outreach, and discipleship. We purpose to do this by living, proclaiming, and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ so that every person, who is our responsibility at home and abroad, may understand the Gospel and be given the opportunity to respond to its invitation to receive Christ as Savior and Lord. It is the purpose of this church to provide training so that every member of this body may be equipped to become the most effective disciple possible. We purpose to provide regular worship services, various educational opportunities, and to proclaim the message of the inerrant Word of God, the Holy Bible, consistently. We purpose to minister to the congregation and the community according to their needs with the resources, skills, gifts, and talents of the congregation.
